Payment

I have found that PayPal is the safest choice for both of us. All transactions are processed through PayPal and you may use any accepted debit or credit card during checkout. You do NOT need a PayPal account. See example of Checkout Page.


 

Shipping

         DOMESTIC

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail®. The most economical flat rate size will be chosen for your order.

  • Orders for in stock items are shipped 3 - 5 business days after payment is received, unless the product is made to order. In the case, the item usually ships in 2 - 3 weeks.

  • Jewelry and small items are nicely packaged in a gift box. 

  • You will receive email notification of your shipping tracking number.

          INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is via USPS Ground, Priority Mail® or DHL Express. If you do not see your country represented in my shipping options, please email me with you country and zip code. I will respond with the rates and shipping times for you to choose.

Refund and Exchanges
I take pride in my work, and I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 3 calendar days after you received the item(s).  

~  Personalized/custom items are non-returnable, but I will make every effort to ensure you are happy with the design before your piece is completed and sent to you.

~ Returns may be made up to 5 business days after the purchase is delivered. Return requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact me and return the item(s) unworn and in their original condition, in the original packaging. You pay all return shipping charges via USPS Priority Mail® in the same size flat rate envelope or box used to ship to you. You will be notified by email when the returned jewelry is received, and issued a refund. 

~  If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact me within 5 calendar days after you received the item(s). Camille Torres Designs will pay the return shipping charge and:

  • refund you the full amount, or

  • replace the item(s) you had purchased, or

  • give you a store credit for the value amount of the item(s), including shipping costs you may have paid.

Repairs

Repairs will be made on products that suffer from manufacturers defects within one year of purchase free of charge. Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be charges $40 repair fee plus shipping. This includes refinishing of jewelry.
